Manufacturer’s Sales Representative Position, North Texas
BagPro (in the US since 2014), is the US subsidiary of Top Bagage (France) which has been designing, manufacturing and supplying sales and field services team equipment for over 30 years.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a base plus commission position as a field rep promoting and selling professional equipment for the fashion, optical and field services industry. We supply products such as eyewear rolling cases, tool bags, PPE bags, sample bags, Fire brigades bags, Folding Rack, garment bags, etc.
Location: Sales office/Showroom in Ft Worth, Texas. .
- Oversees and manages product sales and marketing programs in cooperation with Director, establishes and accomplishes annual sales growth and margin targets, monthly forecasts, and marketing projects;
- Contacts key prospects and current customers to grow sales in the USA & Canada
- Negotiates pricing and terms with potential and key customers;
- Weekly progress reports on status reaching agreed upon objectives and goals;
- Coordinates customer communications – specifications, samples, promotions, etc. with R&D and inside sales;
- Ability to travel up to 40% in Texas and nationwide.
- Actively participates in multiple trade shows annually.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 5 years B2B industrial sales experience;
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Proficient in computer systems: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Able to travel extensively by automobile and air;
- Proven experience and will to find, cultivate, and close new accounts;
- Background working for a manufacturing company
- Experience with account management;
- Tenacity and perseverance to continually engage with customers and maintain customer service
