Le Manoir de Paris is expanding in the US with Beyond Imagination Entertainment in Dallas, Texas, the US division of an international entertainment and artistic production company. They already have attraction in France and Belgium. Most of the team is French speaking and they are recruiting a production coordinator in Dallas who speaks French.

About the company: Beyond Imagination Entertainment is the US division of an international entertainment and artistic production company. With attractions in France, Belgium and events in the UAE, we are now expanding operations in the Dallas area.

We are looking for someone organized, outgoing, detail oriented and self motivated as we setup in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative or organisational work experience in a professional environment. Experience in theme park, tourism, museum and/or attraction operations is a plus. Our company offers opportunities for leadership growth and training.

Job summary: Reporting directly to the General Manager and international management team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day activities in project development and creation in Dallas, as well as assisting Managers. This is a fast paced, creative environment with opportunities to grow within the company.


- Be a main point of contact for contractors & vendors.

- Place orders, schedule/receive deliveries, pick up material in Texas.

- Assist with creation and organisation of documents, invoices, schedules

- Filing documents

- Tracking receipts

- Updating budgets/expenses

- Coordinate schedules and timelines across projects and between teams

- Executive calendar management

- Report to international management team

- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking detailed notes and follow up of action items

- On a regular basis, manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with a high level of discretion.

- Use and continually develop leadership skills

- General research and reporting

- Creation of operation and training manuals

- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and internal personnel for feedback and improvement opportunities

Eligibility Requirements:

- Must work in Dallas, TX ;

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a car;

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be able to physically handle an array of responsibilities.

- Willing to occasionally work nights or weekends.

- Able to work effectively with teams across different time zones

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- At least 2 years of project management/coordination experience preferred

- Travel may be required: meetings, project coordination, site visit, partnership develop

- Must be able to wear proper safety equipment including dust masks, respirators, goggles, hearing protectors.

- Professional level of French is strongly preferred
