As Director of Business Development for AES, Jason Inskeep leads a cross-functional team focused on 5G Solutions for Business. Jason and his team, comprised of product and technology experts, work directly with AT&T Business customers to shape the evolution of the 5G network to support Business centric use cases. Over the past years, Jason has been at the forefront of the AT&T vision for 5G, serving as the primary presenter in the AT&T Executive Briefing Center. His leadership in this capacity earned him back to back AT&T Visionary Awards in 2017 & 2018.
Most recently, Jason was instrumental in launching the AT&T 5G strategy for Edge, known as Multi-Access Edge Compute (MEC). His background in technology and experience with customers were instrumental in the design, deployment and customer agreement of multiple live 5G trials in environments like one of, if not the first, 5G Manufacturing environment, a Proof of Concept focused on localizing the cellular network to support massive IoT. The success of this and other engagements has not only led to new opportunities in other industries like Healthcare and Retail, but it catapulted AT&T Business to the forefront of the 5G revolution.
Prior to his role in 5G, Jason supported various organizations within AT&T including Sales, Consulting, IoT and Foundry Innovation. Jason obtained his BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University where he was also 2-time All-Conference and Co-Captain of the football team.
Jason and his wife Lauren have 2 children Madison and Audrey and a four-legged daughter Kayso residing in Plano, TX.
Peter Linder is responsible for 5G Customer Engagement Marketing in Market Area North America for Ericsson. Peter has been with Ericsson for 26 years, with 15 years in various management positions and the last 7 years in Dallas in the US. His field of domain expertise is fixed and mobile broadband networks plus digital transformation for network operators. His experiences come from marketing, strategy, business development and portfolio management roles. He blends this with a strong passion for mentoring about digital in digital form. Peter speaks three languages and considers himself a global citizen and frequent flyer. Peter holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in International Business Management, both from Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Alessandro Di Salvo grew up in Trapani, a town by the sea in Sicily (Italy), then graduated in 1993 from ‘Politecnico di Milano’ university with a Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering in Milan, one of the biggest Italian city.
He spent 24 years working in the telecom sector, starting as R&D telecom engineer in Siemens, then joining Nokia where he spent 18 years in Milan (Italy) and almost 5 in Dallas, TX (USA). During his career he covered different positions, from Customer Service to Product Marketing and Sales Management, following different Customers and representing the ‘Network’ part of Nokia business. Most of the time his geographical responsibility used to be Europe and Latin America, even if he also supported first global 3G launch in Japan in 2001, 3G activities in Australia/New Zealand in 2003 and business development in Central Asia in 2014.
Alessandro is currently VP Sales at Nokia, heading a Mobile Network Sales Strategy and Development function for Americas region.
Alessandro is a professional Coach, under the International Coaching Federation, ready to help others to make a leap forward in their career or life.
He believes organization is made by people, first, roles and responsibilities, then. He loves challenge, stimulates creativity, encourages diversity and empowers people.
When not at work, he loves spending time with family and friends, as well as cultivating different activities like playing guitar, kitesurfing and always learning new things. He is 50, married to an extraordinary lady, Erika, and father of two wonderful 21 years old twin boys, Marco and Giorgio, and a sparkling 15 years old daughter, Sofia.
Olivier Fidaire’s career has spanned over 20 years in international Sales, Marketing and Strategy Leadership in Digital and Technology Transformation. Olivier joined Orange Business Services in 2011 where he currently serves as a Director of Sales and Marketing in charge of some of Orange’s largest corporate global customers in North America with whom he develops co-innovation programs to identify, pilot and deploy new technologies like IoT, AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing, 5G… and new use cases to transform his customers’ business.
Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Télécom de Paris and an Executive MBA from UTD. He began his career in South Africa with Alcatel, offering Fixed and Mobile infrastructures to Services Providers. The mobile infrastructure evolution to 3G enabled the population there to gain access to telecoms and internet as a new business model around prepaid emerged. Bringing market demands back to product management, Olivier was instrumental in defining new prepaid features that eventually led to the creation of Orange Money and Orange Bank years later. In 2008, he relocated to Texas and started a consulting business assisting American companies define and execute growth strategies in emerging markets.
Olivier and his wife Cristina live in Plano with their 8 year old daughter, Lee-Ann. They enjoy music, cooking, movies and golf together.
