The French-American Chamber of Commerce Dallas/Fort Worth offers unlimited networking and business development opportunities. Through luncheons and other programs, the Chamber serves as the area’s principal forum for the French/American business community to meet and discuss common interests. |
The FACC organizes business, social, and cultural events, which provide its members with opportunities to network, and to exchange ideas and information with business leaders, officials and trade and export experts.
Business Events:
Monthly luncheons feature distinguished French, European or American speakers from both government and business sectors discussing topic of international interest. The luncheon meetings are conducted in English.
Cocktail du Commerce: an informal after business event bringing the members of the Chamber together. They allow the members to make new business contacts, make their services or products known, and exchange corporate literature & business cards.
Workshop an in-depth coverage of current business issues.
European Business Forum The Chamber created the Forum to bring European business organizations together with governmental and educational associations in an attempt to further international development in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Social and Cultural Events:
The FACC hosts a variety of social and cultural events to promote ties between France and the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Such events are a way for members and their guests to expand their networks and enjoy French culture while contributing to the region's position as a vibrant, growing international market.
Le Diner de la Francophonie: a dinner in March to celebrate the French language and culture of the French Speaking Countries.
"La vie en Roses" Champagne Gala: Black-tie event featuring a gourmet wine dinner, champagne, dancing and a fabulous silent auction.
Bastille Day Gourmet Dinner: summer celebration (July 14th) at Lavendou Bistro Provencal. Today the 14th of July (Bastille Day) is celebrated as a national holiday in France, much like the 4th of July is celebrated in the United States.
French-Business Symposium La mission du French Business Symposium est de promouvoir la culture et la langue française auprès des lycéens et collégiens de la région.
Beaujolais Festival: Each year over 2,000 wine lovers are among the first to taste the Beaujolais Nouveau as well as many excellent Beaujolais vintages.
Diner de Reveillon an end-of the year celebration!
Events also include presentations at local museums, movies, wine tastings, etc.
Meet Government Officials:
The FACC acts as the business world’s link to French and American governments, state agencies and trade and professional organizations. FACC members have opportunities to meet French government officials visiting the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We also provide members with access to the Chambers of Commerce and Industry network in France .
