Martin Talke is an Associate Principal with P3 Group, a management and engineering consulting company. He has worked there for over ten years in various projects for clients out of the automotive, aviation, wind and transportation industry. He holds a Masters degree in Business Engineering from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg. Martin has published numerous articles on electro mobility and reliability management of innovative products.

Kevin Hawthorne, Strategy Analyst & Company Development | Airbus Helicopters, Inc.
Starting at age 16, Kevin Hawthorne developed a marketing background with GoPro, Red Bull, and the cycling products of Vista Outdoor (Bell, Giro, Blackburn) and continuously worked with those companies during his undergraduate degree a the University of Oklahoma. He then "tested the waters" in the oil industry starting his own landman group where they would buy and sell mineral rights to major oil companies. Due to the sudden drop in oil prices and no investments into exploration, Kevin went to graduate school at the University of Dallas earning an MBA with studies in finance while being a graduate intern at Airbus Helicopters. He is currently the Strategy Analyst at Airbus Helicopters and is on the team of Airbus Ride.
